LATTICE IDENTIFICATION AND SEPARATION
Overlaying multiple lattices in a single image is a common structure in semiconductor materials. The interference caused by superposition creates Moiré patterns that makes separating individual lattice layers challenging. We proposed an efficient algorithm separating overlapped lattices by exploiting the induced potential lattices in the frequency domain. [He et al. 2019 SIAM]
